  Florida Vacation Villas offer all the comforts of home that you are used to. All the homes are fully furnished and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffemaker, cookware, crockery, and silverware. Hair dryers, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer, TV with basic cable, telephone with credit card feature for long distance calls, and all linens and towels are also included. Homes with three, four or five bedrooms with private pools and homes with two, three or four bedrooms with a community pool and private spa are available (limited availability on spas). All homes have air conditioning and most also have ceiling fans. Master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The following special requests must be submitted with registration form prior to arrival and are subject to applicable fees and availability: Pool heat, spa and game room access, and additional housekeeping service.
