All homes and condos are fully furnished, with fresh towels and linens, washer, dryer, full-size range, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, telephone, and a kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware and utensils.

**A housekeeping fee of $55 for two-bedroom plus $10 for each additional bedroom will be collected at check-in.**

**A $250 deposit is required at check-in.**

Early check-in (before 3 PM): $65, based on availability; advance notice required

Late check-out (after 10 AM): $65, based on availability; advance notice required. If after 2 PM, guests will be charged for an extra day.

Rollaway bed: $8 daily, $45 weekly

Infant crib (foldaway): $8 daily, $45 weekly

High chair: $8 daily, $45 weekly

Pet fee: $400 per pet, per stay, nonrefundable (by availability)

Cancellation fees:

29 days or more prior to arrival: $25 reservation fee

15 to 28 days prior to arrival: 25 percent of the rental charge

One to 14 days prior to arrival: 50 percent of the rental charge

No show: 100 percent of the rental charge

Mandatory damage insurance of $69 plus tax per home, per stay, and a cleaning fee of $75-$115 plus tax per home, per stay, are collected at check-in/check-out. Cleaning fees are based on size of unit, and the fee is waived for stays of five or more nights. Select units include outdoor pools. Electric pool heat is available for a fee of $35 plus tax per day or $165 plus tax per week. Gas pool heat is available for a fee of $60 plus tax per day or $330 plus tax per week. All units are self-catering. This property does not provide daily housekeeping services. Housekeeping services are available for a fee. Fees are determined by the property and are subject to change.
