The Terrace at Pelican Beach does not rent to anyone under the age of 25 unless they are accommpanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. Between March 27 and April 17, the ratio in each reservation must be at least 1(one) parent/guardian or responsible adult to every 2(two) underage youths. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision of their children. During the spring break period of March 27 through April 17, special registration policies will be in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay. During this spring break period, access to the Resort will be restricted to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted.
