Location. The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch sits nestled in an exclusive ski area of Beaver Creek Mountain in Avon, Colo. This ski-in/ski-out mountain resort is centrally located in the village-to-village ski area between the towns of Beaver Creek and Arrowhead. Located 25 feet from the Bachelor Gulch Express Quad Lift, the resort is less than two miles from Beaver Creek Golf Course.
Hotel Features. Inspired by the lodges of Yosemite and Yellowstone Parks, the eight-story Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch incorporates stones, logs and other natural materials in its design. The hotel showcases six various dining venues including casual lunches and dinners in the Great Room, the Fly Fishing Library, the Buffalo Bar and Mountainside Terrace; snacks and pick-up items in Daybreak Deli; and fine dining in Spago's, opening in the the Fall of 2007. The resort's fitness facility offers views of Beaver Creek Mountain and Vail Valley while providing cardiovascular equipment, weight-lifting machines and an aerobics studio.
