Hotel Features. The Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa features Argentinean-style architecture, hand-painted ceiling beams, tapestries, iron chandeliers and Peruvian antiques. The hotel contains nine restaurants, three bars, one 24-hour coffee shop and one food court. Quinn's serves draft beers, fish and chips, potato pancakes and appetizers.
