A mid-term cleaning is available for a fee upon request.  
  The two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes are comfortably equipped and beautifully decorated to create the perfect atmosphere for a perfect vacation. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in each townhome, as well as air conditioning, alarm clock radio, cable television, telephone, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. The three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom private pool homes include the same amenities as the townhomes plus a private swimming pool in the backyard.

**IMPORTANT: For stays of less than six nights, the following cleaning fee applies: $55 for two-bedroom units, $65 for three-bedroom units, $75 for four-bedroom units, $95 for five-bedroom units and $105 for six-bedroom units. The hotel will call the guests after booking to charge this fee.**
