Situated less than 30 minutes from Disney, Regal Palms Resort & Spa offers guests a luxurious alternative to a hotel stay. Guests can enjoy basking in the Florida sunshine or playing a few rounds at the Highlands Reserve Golf Complex.   All accommodations at Regal Palms are superbly constructed and are located in either the Regal Palms Development or the exclusive Highlands Reserve Development. They are all modern, fully furnished and equipped to a high standard with air conditioning, alarm clock radio, cable TV, ceiling fans, and direct-dial telephones with voicemail. Three- and four-bedroom town homes, as well as private homes, also feature fully equipped kitchens, including coffeemaker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. Other superb amenities include patios, spacious living and dining areas, iron and ironing board, and washer and dryer. Private homes also offer their own private pool.

If requested at check-in, pool heat is available for $20 per day for electric heat and $30 per day for gas heat.

Amenities including CD player, VCR, safe, DVD player, 19" TV, stroller, crib, BBQ grill and highchair are available for rent for a weekly fee of $10-$50, depending on the value of the rented item.

There is a one-time housekeeping fee for stays of less than five nights in the private pool homes. The fee is $70-$90, depending on the number of bedrooms.

Wireless internet service is available for $15 per hour.

Pets are not permitted in town homes. Some pets are allowed in private pool homes. Guests must call 800-627-7019 to receive the number to notify the property that they will be bringing a pet to the private pool home. A $200 pet fee is required, in addition to a $300 deposit. The $300 deposit will be refunded if no damages occur.

A three-night minimum stay is required for the private pool homes.

A late check-in fee of $75 applies until 4 PM. Guests who have not checked out by 4PM will be charged one nights room plus tax.
