The De Vere Cameron House is a baronial-style country house hotel set in 100 acres of wooded grounds on the banks of Loch Lomond, 10 miles from Glasgow. Dining options include the formal Georgian Room with its chandeliers and classic cuisine with a contemporary twist; Smollets, specialising in dishes made from fine Scottish produce; and the Marine Restaurant and Bar, which has an open kitchen and a wood-burning oven and serves a Mediterranean menu by the loch's edge. The Loch Lomond Shores, a visitor and shopping centre is 800 metres from the hotel and guests can enjoy a tour of the Glengoyne Whisky Distillery, which is 10 miles away. Glasgow International Airport is 10 miles away, with an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.
