Descrizione e informazioni The Maritime Hotel
Location. The Maritime Hotel is located in Bantry, Ireland, in the west of County Cork. Overlooking Bantry Bay, the hotel lies two kilometres from Bantry Bay Golf Club and 25 kilometres from the popular village of Skull.
Hotel Features. The Maritime Hotel is a contemporary building with designer influences, illustrated in a wealth of colours. The lobby features a fireplace, where guests can relax with a coffee and complimentary newspaper, or browse the net via the complimentary Internet. Free garage parking is available.
The Ocean Restaurant at the Maritime serves a modern Irish menu based on local organic produce, including seafood and cheese. The Maritime Bar has a hot buffet at lunchtime and serves bar snacks in the evening, as well as a comprehensive selection of drinks.
The Maritime can host up to 400 delegates for all kinds of events, with fully-equipped, connected and flexible meeting spaces.
Club Maritime is exclusively for hotel guests and members and has an indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room, hydrojet tubs, and a gymnasium.
Guestrooms. The 112 guestrooms at the Maritime Hotel are designed in rich colours with a contemporary take on antique furniture. Suites overlook either the bay from a balcony or the woods of Bantry House. All have plasma-screen satellite television with pay movies, complimentary wireless Internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities, and safes. Bathrooms include designer toiletries and hair dryers.
Expert Tip. The neighbouring stately home and extensive gardens, Bantry House, was bought by the White family in 1750. The Earl's son travelled and collected an eclectic array of tapestries, paintings, and artefacts now on display.
