Each individual home is situated in a residential subdivision and provides all of the comforts you would expect to find in your own home. Amenities in each include a fully equipped kitchen, basic cable television, washer and dryer, and an overall quality in design that is unmatched in the Orlando area. Each home has a privated screen-in pool and patio. Pool heat and maid service are available for an extra charge.

**Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $35 per day or $150 + tax for the week. Pool heat must be arranged directly with property before or upon arrival.**

**A security deposit of $250 will be collected at check-in.**

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be honored.

All Premier Vacation Homes are nonsmoking. Smoking is permitted only in the screened-in pool area. An additional fee will be charged if smoking occurs in homes.
