Hotel Features. Converted from a 19th- century edifice, the Petro Palace Hotel opened in 2005. International and local dishes are available for lunch and dinner, with folk dancing and gypsy music in the evenings. The top-floor Sky Bar serves coffees and cocktails, and offers panoramic views of St Petersburg. The marble lobby also has a bar serving snacks and cocktails.
