  Guests can choose between fully furnished private pool homes and condominiums. All pool homes feature private heated swimming pools and are located in central Florida's most desired communities. Most condominiums feature shared community pools. All vacation rentals are professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest's arrival. Linens, cookware, dining utensils, and a starter kit of soap, shampoo, dish and laundry detergent are provided.
