  All homes are beautifully decorated and exquisitely maintained, and include a private screened-in swimming pool. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen, including coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove, and a living room/dining area and cable television. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and linens, ceiling fans, and grills. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a two-car garage.

**There is a one-time cleaning fee for stays less than five nights. A fee of $75 plus 12% tax will be collected at check-in for the three and four bedroom homes. A fee of $85 plus 12% tax will be collected at check-in for the five bedroom homes.**
